I turn off the actuactors to the HA TR system.

The HATR system receives a PA and Temp feed and will pr-pitch the blades upto 7,000 DA. Therefore at 7,000 DA the pedals are in the neutral position and you still have FULL left pedal authority. So I turn the system off so that the helicopter does not constantly "hunt" left to right as the system is trying to find neutrality.
