, would not share the flightdeck with anybody with a disability of this sort, CRM or not. Too dangerous with already before stated "all the other things that can go wrong, often with a cascading effect... Enough other jobs in aviation available for these aviators. I already have problems with collegues wearing glasses, but I guess I tolerate that.
