Manpower Planning Calculation
Dear all,
I Hope I can find an answer here for somthing I was looking for it long time back.
let's say we are a new airline with A320 Aircrafts shorthual destinations.
I need to know what things I have to put on the table in order to plan for flight crew number required.
what are the factors should be taken into consideration? and how will affect determaining the excat number of pilots I need?
My problem I know some of the factors but I need one of you assist me orginizing and connecting the ideas in my mind ?!
what is the base calculation we have to follow?
manpower planning ,manpower managment,lifestyle Roster(patterns),leave,days off,aircraft hours,FTL,sick leave,standbyes,reserved crew,maximum utilzation of crew.
Any refrences I can refer to it ?
How I can help the managment to choose the best option which will saving cost and crew satisifaction.
