It didnt experience both eng. fail, but only one engine.
Unfortunately iran-140 is a modified version of the original An-140 which has lots of poor performance issues. It cannot support itself with one engine failed during hot summer days, especially from airfields with elevation like tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz and etc, let alone loading cargo and pax!!
