Its being an adult....aka when someone doesnt give something you expect you are meant to speak up like an adult and ask.
Your actual career choice has a built requirement that you speak up and challenge to ensure safety. Did you even think for one second and realize that this maybe a simple check for timewasters (like yourself) and actual people who want a career as pilot.
