You might like to try The Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN)
www.gapan.org who offer a full PPL or The Air League
www.airleague.co.uk as they offer scholarshis for 15 hours. Not sure of the timing for applications right now - take a look at the web sites. Other than that, it's probably hard graft. Try getting some work at your local airfield for the flying shool or other establishment as they may offer something by way of hours in return. Keep at it and you may get lucky!
