Jimmy, couldn't agree more, on top of this the time I've wasted checking pilots background is not in my opinion time well spent. The problem is not just with the ex pats, it starts right here in Canada, at least one of the Ontario government sponsored schools, students forged signatures of a flight school owner to obtain both hours and money under false pretenses, nothing was done to them in spite of TC enforcement wishing to go after them, I guess the brass at both levels of government blocked any prosecution, so don't think when you leave the "Dark Continent" things will be Kosher, not in Ontario for sure!
