And the little gem about the consequences of reporting a DUI conviction (unconfirmed but inferentially a singular event):

also stunned me, not only for the potential for an immediate effect on open reporting but also for the reasoning that would allow the imposition of the cost and inconvenience of a psychiatric assessment which,
prima facie, would seem extremely unlikely to serve any useful purpose.
