It's not just sheds, it appears to also include substantial office buildings aimed at 'hi tech' firms (Coventry's actually quite strong for knowledge based industries) but how this fits in with the massive 'Friargate' development in the city centre (By the station, near a transport hub, which is where certain businesses like to be clustered) is anyone's guess. Coventry's predicted to have strong growth in the next ten years, the highest growth in the West Midlands and also plans are being put in place (Apparently) to upgrade the station substantially, improve rail links and also perhaps built rapid transit systems linking a new bus station by the station with the large out of town areas (Traditionally Coventry developed this way as developers wanted to feed into the skilled workforce outside he city.)
