First of all, it is quite unlikely that any ready entry pilots will be hired in the next few years, probably for a long time to come with the emerging new structure. There might be openings with the wings construct, but those won't enjoy anything close to the mainline contracts.
Second of all, there is no official age limit, that would be illegal. But something around 34 could be an unofficial limit depending on number of openings.
