Put a couple of hundred tired, bored people of ANY nationality and/or level of education into a small cylindrical tube for a few hours, make them sit in seats that are too small for anyone over the age of 6, make the toilets unusable half way through the flight, and shake it around a bit every now and again. I don't care who you are, it will certainly not bring out the best in you!!
