First time poster, sorry if this has been covered in the thread already.
I've just been invited to attend a second interview at AAPA in Wagga for the REX cadet scheme. In my first interview, I asked whether there was the ability to get into the left hand seat. They said yes, and it takes around 5 years (out of the 7 you must commit to REX once your training is up).
Now for my questions...once again, sorry if it's been covered already.
1) Has anyone sat the 2nd interview before? If so, what can I expect?
2) I've seen people mentioning "motivation letters" as part of the process. What exactly are these?
Any help would be much appreciated. And I'm happy to answer any questions anyone might have regarding the first interview/sim test/WOMBAT test and what to expect. Thanks!
