WhiteDevil all airlines, air taxi operators, freight lines or whatever will work you at odd, unsocial hours. Commercial flying is not a 9-to-5 job! The nearest you'll probably get to that in flying is RAF fast-jets in peacetime UK - and there's plenty of opportunity for unsocial hours there, as well as the odd war.
Don't start planning which airline you're going to work for at 15! There's a very long road between now and then, with many twists and turns that you can't possibly anticipate. Just take each step at a time, keep focussed on the next goal that you're trying to achieve, and take the opportunities as they arise. If and when you get that 3000 hours, mostly on commercial jets, come back and talk to me at Virgin!
