FEDSEC, is this possible if they go to FWA and cry poor?
Cry poor and do what? They can vary the award by agreement of the parties or they can apply to have the agreement terminated.
If you do some research, you will find that it is very difficult to terminate an active agreement. [2010] FWA 6468.
