my spec is that the a/c needs to be in current production, so I can't spec the AN28 unfortunately!
The An-28, in the form of the PZL M-28, is most certainly still in production. You can even buy it with P&WC engines.
But I though the whole point was that you wanted an aircraft with a ramp?
