every plane is easy to FLY although some e.g. a Tomahawk are too unstable to mess about with a chart in the cockpit etc
I diddnt find it any worse than a PA28 when I was learning. I have a soft spot for the Tommohawk (PA38) and would recomend it for learning in as it lets you know when you get things wrong.
