"FULL" Approach lighting definition?

Hi,

I have an interview at a Japanese airline coming up. I've heard they may ask questions about approach lighting:

1. What does "FULL " mean in the lighting section at the bottom left of the ILS CAT I approach chart? It implies that the 'full' lighting is available but what does that include (does it include, for example, Runway edge lights?)

2. What is the minimum lighting required on a runway for a CAT II approach?

FAA definitions likely needed as it's a Japanese carrier.
