yes, it is crap and yes last year I passed the assessment as well, got a nice (automated) email. Then 2 months later an other email :
"Thank you for your application for the position of First Officer at easyJet, and congratulations on reaching the second stage of the application process.
We have now reviewed the application that you completed and unfortunately your CV does not demonstrate the evidence of the minimum requirements for the position. This does not mean that you do not have the relevant skills that we are looking for, we were just not able to find the relevant evidence in the CV to support the to the standard required.
Thank you for your interest in easyJet."
So proof enough that Easyjet changed the order of application into minimum effort for HR by automation.
Superpilot, my attitude is not any happier this year than it was last year about this selection game.
