. No upgrade for expat FO nor for narrow body captains rest assured.The job is temporary whatever you may think or say Fluke..and no stress ? I would say a status of constant astonished stupor in observing the striking contrast from the miserable professional environment and the fact that they really think they know it better.I tried to explain at times but I gave up as no one understood what I was saying and nobody really cared. The right attitude..take your salary..shut up until its safe..look for better...move on. I and many others did.
