As mentioned above - the Spanish and other overseas offerings have potential pitfalls and hidden costs which may not make it as great a deal as it appears at first glance.
Not sure where you are in Norway but I flew a couple of hours with Sandefjord Flyklubb last week for less than I would pay here in the UK (very surprising to me
) - worth contacting them and see if they can do an equivalent 4 weeks intensive (or similar)? PM if you want details.
