Quite right, however NEM and AFPS 15 was implemented after they signed on to the ROS.
As the pension briefer said," each individual must concider the many aspects of AFPS 15 aligned to there individual circumstances and after taking independant advice, decide accordingly"
How binding the ROS is, is now debatable.
