I've spoken to some chaps that flew as Captains on the B777 for Turkish and all expressed a positive experience. Their concerns were the longevity of the job and the ever changing license requirements.
On paper at the moment Ethiopian seems to be a better deal. 10 days off in a row a month with Business/First Class travel home as well as a fixed US$ salary. (There have been some recent improvements to the contract of late including being paid while on course)
