Well all of the above went to plan, didn't it!!
I think the loyal pax are sick of hearing the b/s out of his mouth. Plans that never work, grounding planes, false promises, shooting from the hip and knee jerk reactions.
From what I can gather there is a HUGE loss of loyal pax to other carriers
SIN - SQ
HKG - CX
EUROPE - EK and EY
USA - VA/DL and soon more to UA with their improved service
NZ - EK NZ
If Captain CEO Fawlty had stuck to expanding his One World Alliances just maybe this huge bleeding might have been stopped. AS it is we are introducing pax to EK and there is no longer any incentive/need to fly on QF metal
