I haven't heard any internal talk about the announcement date, but a whisper coming out of the corridors is that they may announce a temporary internal DAS while they continue finalising the search and appointment of the new Kahuna. The Gov'mints issue apparently is that all three DAS's roles, the CAsA structure, and the Board are complete ****e. A lot more than the replacement of one DAS is required, so the Miniscule has much to do and his very robust supply of turd polish seems to have run very dry.
