MAD-CCS VV
Hi All,

We plan to do this sector but yet to get MNPS approval by state authority so we have to avoid MNPS.

My question is can we plan as such(Lat Long) in Piarco FIR & Dakar Oceanic FIR?

Anyone plan avoiding MNPS before.
