A good mate of mine worked for them untill recently, most of the above seems accurate, although 300 hrs probably nearer the mark. Nice new a/c and good ops guys, but total lack of roster and lots of management jockying for position made for unhappy pilots and CRM nightmares. FTL abuse routine and scary to listen to, three captains left in the last month speaks volumes...... better to try LEA or Gregair, or stay instructing!
