I can see both sides of the coin, as mr skipness says, 99% of enthusiasts are 'on-side' and have no malicious thoughts or intentions, yet I can appreciate that not many of us would be happy to have our working lives monitored and commented on etc. It happens, it's a grey area of the law and it will continue.
ANYONE that transmits on ANY frequency that is used by Aircraft/shipping/emergency etc (and isn't sanctioned to do so) should rightly be keelhauled.
