I've never heard it used on RT, but ETOPS clearances are declared as a 3 figure number.
So ETOPS 180 would be a twin engined aeroplane (say a 737) permitted to fly not further than 180 minutes single-engine from a diversion airfield.
May be nothing to do with that mind you.
