Horse hockey. To begin with, Air Canada and Rouge are not the same product. Rouge is a charter airline. Period. We travelled on Rouge in the spring and they are equal to or better than their competitors (Sunwing and Air Transat). We got exactly what we expect to get from a charter airline for the fare we paid.
AC marketing has made some mistakes in moving some capacity over to Rouge but that has nothing to do with the service on Air Canada mainline - which is the subject of the rating scheme in question.
