I don't think Best Airline in North America is a very high bar to beat, but in fairness two lots of friends of mine, independently, have travelled AC from GB to YTO and YVR in economy and were impressed with the comfort and service, so maybe things are on the up. Both couples are well travelled and quite critical. One had just returned from the Far East on CX and said AC are as good as CX, which surprised me.
