The reason i want to do it abroad is mainly because of the RT being expired.
Since I do not need one to fly in the States, it works best as i can come back with a total of 30 hours in 5 years and renew my license.
If Im not mistaken, in order to fly in Canada, I will need a Canadian RT right? If yes, would you happen to know the cost?
Another reason is that i already have my visas in place and flight tickets cost me nothing thankfully, so just the 11 hours works out ALOT cheaper for me if i did it abroad. Also my staying is free if I were to go to Canada.
This is the first time I've heard of needing an ELP on the license before flying. Do both the FAA and Canadian authorities require this even though I have my FAA CPL? Or is it only required for flying on the DGCA license?
Sorry if that is a stupid question, I'm a bit confused about this ELP scenario.
