I assume you have created a spreadsheet to test this theory? If so, would you give a link to the file on some website, or dropBox, googleDocs etc..
Worth having a look at, though I have some concerns regarding the aircraft's actual heading as opposed to the aircraft/satellite vector on which the Doppler is relevant.
