[email protected] This helideck is located in the Gulf of Guinea and the governing Authority here doesn't say much about helicopters in general, therefore we use to comply with ICAO or country of registration regulations.
Until now we don't intend to use this refuelling facility but it is embarassing not to be able to show a regulation who could help our customer to solve this problem.
