You need to first pass the DGCA Tech Specific for the PA 34 before you start flying anywhere ( especially since your FAA Checkride was on the BE 76 )

You need an English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsed on the CPL license as well prior to flying anywhere

For the RTR A renewal they are now accepting 30 hours within the last 5 years . Does not matter if the hours are flown in India or the U.S . You need to show a gazetted officer attested copy of the logbook and a certificate on the flight school's letterhead showing how many hours you flew there

You need to do about 11 hours of flying on the PA 34 ( or any other aircraft ) for multi endorsement

Flying the PA 34 can be expensive in India . Chimes and another school charge about 45,000 an hour
A new school in U.P called Falcon Aviation charges about 37,500 an hour

It might be cheaper to do it in the U.S but you need to factor in the cost of airfare , visas , accommodation etc and then compare which makes better financial sense

Please remember that all your licenses including RT , medical ,ELP etc have to be valid before you start any flying

I heard that the P 68 C costs about 30,000 rupees an hour and hence might be cheaper to do it on that
You will still need to pass the Tech Specific first

Contacting a few flight schools and getting a quote for different aircraft should help paint a better picture
