I've never heard of anyone flying anywhere without carrying money or cards with them
I left my wallet at home and didn't realise until I was too far away to turn back without missing my flight. It was a pretty awkward experience but the kindest thing to come out of it was a FA on EZY giving me tea and a sandwich without payment and on trust, although I was able to ensure payment later.
