Carriage of PAX in Custody
Could someone please shed some light on where I may be able to find info in the regs or orders on this very topic.
I have looked throughout the CAR's and CAO's but I can't find anything. I can only find info about the powers of the PIC.
Any help eg specific references would be much appreciated.
