- it sounds as if you haven't quite got it? The QNH for a 'high' airfield will ALWAYS be higher than the QFE for that airfield - it should be obvious? Is that what you mean by 'a big number'?
as far as I understand the higher the value the higher the pressure.
- again - yes - and the actual atmospheric pressure at that airfield will always be LESS than the pressure at sea level - no?
