itacha asked a reasonable question. It might be a bit tedious to go over the same points again & again, but to Ithaca it was a serious, yet innocent, question.
There is no need to get upset that this question has been asked, again. People outside of the profession have questions which they want to ask. We should take it in good grace & give them the appropriate answer, if we have it, without getting on our high horses.
We have the knowledge & experience, they don't, & are curious as to why things, which we find mundane, happen.
