The aircraft you mention was never written off. It was repaired and is still in service.
Originally VH-SMH with Impulse and delivered to that carrier in 2000.
Re-registered VH-VQE when operating for Airconnex on behalf of Qantaslink.
Re-registered VH-NXE when transferred to NJS/ Cobham on behalf of Qantaslink.
Still flying today with Cobham.
