Foreign ownership of an Australian domestic airline is legal , just the way Tiger was 100% Singapore owned initially.
All they do is sell off QF domestic under a new company and call it XCV airline, not Qantas and then licence EK to use the QF name for $1 a year.Take the $xxxx and ad it to the company profit sheet. Sell of JQ as a new float on the ASX and AJ pockets a fortune.
Meanwhile staff are under a new airline ownership with new conditions as it's no longer Qantas
