Seeing as a significant chunk of the issues raised by the accident in terms of aviation safety are already being addressed (e.g. stall recovery training), I doubt any delay in the legal process will make a great deal of difference.
The trial will be highlighting the issues of security the time of the accident .. and not those present and the trial will try to determine the responsibilities of each and others on the lack of security .. if any
That's the duty of the trial
Aviation safety is the job of the regulators
