Credit Suisse analyst Timothy Ross told Dow Jones that China Eastern’s move into the low-cost carrier sector “reflects both a newfound opportunity and growing frustration at the inability of Jetstar Hong Kong” to get off the ground in Hong Kong.
I will be interested to see how they explain their way out of this one next month in the annual result figures for Jetstar Asia...
