the OP probably has no idea that training rates in Canada are DOUBLE the cheapo US rates, plus with one of EU passports, limited with jobs after training, unless very lucky etc.

Also, the OP somehow MISSED the STICKY on the Rotorheads forum, where SP already closed the same thread like this. Well, lots to research, yes, but doing own 'legwork' online would be more fruitful than having stabs in the dark like this one.

Don't worry Clunkdriver,
it's mainly Aussies and Kiwis 'taking up' Canadian jobs. Why? Because they can. I'm not giving opinion. I'm myself between countries and 3 continents, so I'd be hypocrite if I were saying 'our jobs in our country for our people'. Besides, Australia, Canada, NZ even USA are traditionally immigrant countries, so the flow of Europeans and more, over the decades has been there.

Just FYI, so that you don't think I'm not being friendly, I'm returning to Australia later this year (some licensing/conversion mess, long story) and will then settle and take Aussie job. Not wage dumping you mention.
That's bad. Anywhere with any nationals skilled or Polish drivers in United Kingdom (I kept hearing about, happy to work for Wallmart cashier salary in UK but driving bus..)

Oh, back to OP. My suggestion is NOT to train in Canada due to cost, their 100/105hr commercial is not ICAO compliant (though you can do private, timebuild and then do 30hr CPL block/module back in Europe). Besides, you as foreigner 100hr newbie pilot with maybe 1yr Working Holiday there (if you time the applicatin etc right after training), have next to zero chance to start with job there. Heli jobs in Europe ain't that easy. Depends on your purse, but yours seem quite deep, if you plan to self-fund EASA ME IR(H) after CPL.

That's some 150 000 Canadian dollars and more overall. Easy.
