Agree with you. But that is the same for all of these contracts and even full time jobs. I am sure guys at AA, USAir, Emirates, Korean, Singapore, Cathay et al can all attest to changes to contracts etc that unfortunately is a common theme of airline management.
What I am more interested in, is what specifically has CSA been in breach of contractually? As opposed to say, tardiness in a manager signing a letter for full pay (immensely frustrating yes, contract breach, don't think so) etc.
This is not an attempt to discount any concerns guys have raised, but I am trying to discern between differences in airline corporate/national culture that one may be used to and quantifiable examples of contractual breaches.
