A quick question for any Tom 737-800pilots that may be on here , I have recently travelled back from PFO with Thomson on G-FDZF which has the new split Scimitar winglets. I know there is some fuel consumption savings but do the aircrafts fitted with these handle or fly any different than the standard designs ?
As a side note must say both flights were very good but really missed the new Boeing Sky interior and flight map on the return on G-FDZF especially as a night flight although we got spoiled on the lovely and new G-TAWU outbound
