The B737 MAX is a cop out for Boeing. Very disappointing and unlikely to bring Air Canada much in the way of an overall fleet benefit.
I would say the same about the NEO (new engine only).
The Americans are taking over aviation in case you haven't noticed and that "Southwest effect" isn't going away any time soon.
