Employment as an ATC in Japan from Britan

I was wondering what the recruitment philosophies into ATC are over in Japan, I realise that due to the English language requirement that there may be a slightly higher demand for international immigrants interested in working as an Air Traffic Controller in a country that has a small amount of English speakers; such as Japan. Is this the case at all?

Would the training follow similarly as it does in the EU? For example you can be employed if you are properly qualified and hold an APP/ADI etc from a body within your native country. However a clause in the employment would state that a "conversion course", so to speak, would be required.

Would employment go through each airport individually or do they have a similar system to NATS where most airports are covered by an external company?

I speak a small amount of Japanese and would relish the chance to become employed there. Finding information out about the career paths to get there, however, is proving difficult and I hope someone here can offer me advice.

Thank you in advance.
