Garston Farm
I suspect that this strip has been mentioned before, however I flew into Garston today.
What a wonderful gem it is. The strip is very well kept. We parked up by the caravan and was met by the owners. They suggested the best route into town.
For information the directions were to walk through the gap in the trees behind the caravan, across the yard towards the three concrete blocks, along the track until a gate appears on the right, through the gate and then immediately left along the lay-by and into town. An easy route which also avoids walking along the busy A420.
Although we arrived before The Lord Nelson opened, we enjoyed a lovely drink in the village tearooms, which are perhaps only a further 100m along the high street.
