If we spent not one single red cent on "Defense" or "Security" and closed all our overseas Embassies and Consulates and contracted out those services to the Swiss, would it prevent an attack on any of our homelands?
Don't know but reckon after 5 years savings we could have eliminated lots of poverty.
Take simple view...............you bomb us then we will kill every member of your extended family.
