In the middle of last week, Gendarmes were using C4 explosive at Marseille/Marignane to train their dogs to detect it. Unfortunately one 100g stick that had been secreted in some pallets in the cargo area was not detected and an enquiry has opened into its loss.
This C4 stick, which has the appearance of a large modelling clay, is not dangerous, unless a malicious person were to link a detonator ...
